During production of clients products client will agree to NO obsessive harassment to our staff, this will not be tolerated. We will provide updates and we will except occasional request for updates but not day to day as we have other projects in rhe works.
Deliver times are judged on work load, and complexity of the product OR the process between 3D milling requires 6 months, or cnc etching , stacked or layered products versus normal cnc etching that is determined at the start of ordering as this will set the client's expectations.
With illness or unforeseen events not under our control the customer must agree thatwe have the right to extend turn around times for work. ( We will maintain contact with the customer during the extended time. ) CUSTOMER agrees that there is no recourse for events outside of our control ie shipping times from vendors, death, and weather. We will do our best to fix the issue as well be time loss there will be no recourse.
